Well, I was so proud of myself this morning!!!! YUP, got up, got dressed in my walking clothes and put on my favorite house shoes, my CROCS, then I made breakfast for Don. Wow, my mind was set, so as he was leaving, I got ready to Walk.

Gloves......check

Neck warmer.....check

Beanie............Check

I-Pod...........check

Chapstick...........check

Phone.................check

Coat.......................check

Dog and leash............... done!!!!!

Out the door I go, it was foggy still at 6:30, but down the lane I go.. Things were going fine until about 1/2 mile into my walk, I looked down at my feet and YES I still am wearing my house shoes... UNREAL... So my walk ended early because of lousy planning.

So I came home and did more sewing... almost finished with my project....

Well I have just completed my Hazardous Materials Class. It took 40 hours of class, over 4 days. It was very interesting, and opened my eyes to lots of possible problems. And yes, I do have an area that needs help. My laundry room is a definate HAZARD AREA. I have found out that so many of my chemicals can be a real danger. So on my new to do list is rearrange the laundry room.... I will tackle that later.

I am glad to be back into my routine, water aerobics, Monday Wednesday & Friday. And the weather was so nice on Saturday (57degrees) I decided to go out and clean out our 3 cars...and then I had enough energy to wash all three. Wow.. I felt good and then on Monday morning when I went to aerobics, my clean car, made me smile.
